Follow the steps below to activate your eSIM and start using your data plan.
Step 1: Check Your Email
After your purchase, you will receive an email containing your eSIM details, including:
- A QR code for scanning
- A “Tap to Install” link (if supported by your device)
Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
Step 2: Add the eSIM to Your Device
You can install your eSIM using one of the following methods:
- Scan QR Code: Go to your phone’s settings, open Mobile Network or Cellular, then select Add eSIM and scan the QR code.
- Tap to Install: If your device supports it, tap the installation link in the email and follow the prompts.
Step 3: Set the eSIM as Default for Data
Once the eSIM is installed, make sure it is set as the default SIM for mobile data:
- Open Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data
- Select the newly installed eSIM
- Set it as the default line for cellular data usage
Step 4: Turn On Data Roaming
To ensure connectivity turn on data roaming for the new eSIM:
- Go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data
- Tap on the installed eSIM
- Enable the Data Roaming option
You’re All Set!
Your eSIM is now active. You can start using your mobile data right away.
