At eSIMaway, we understand that plans can change. If you need to request a refund, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds for unused eSIMs under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been activated or used.
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The eSIM has not expired at the time of the request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@esimaway.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

Note: For security reasons and because each eSIM is linked to the purchaser’s email, you must contact us from the same email address used to place the order.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we verify that the eSIM remains unused and unexpired. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to issue refunds if:

  • The eSIM has been activated or used
  • The eSIM is expired
  • The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the date of purchase
